Pricing and payment
- All prices are quoted in INR (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods displayed on the site.
- We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular wallets. If a payment fails, your order will be cancelled automatically.
Order acceptance and cancellation
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. If an order is rejected, you will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded.
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not been dispatched. Cancellation after dispatch is not possible.
- If a product is out of stock, we will inform you and offer a refund or an alternative.
Product and colour representation
- We strive to display accurate colours and details, but variations may occur due to monitor settings or lighting.
- Images are for reference only; actual products may differ slightly in texture, size, or colour.
Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Our maximum liability per order is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Intellectual property
- All content on the site, including images, logos, and text, is owned by Imperfct Designs or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Governing law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
